I just joined the Washington Sports Club of Sterling. It is roughly two miles from Q's Preschool, so I can drop her off and then pedal up to the gym, drop RJ in with the club's baby-sitter and get a workout in...That's the plan anyway. It was a tough choice, Gold's might have been a bit bigger and had a massage therapist co-located in their facility.

I plan on complaining to the BBB and the FTC about the Gold's Gym, its the principle of the thing.

I've gone through kidney failure twice. The first time in 2000, my mother donated a kidney; and again in 2008, I'm on dialysis waiting for a breakthrough in immuno-suppression medicines before seeking a new kidney.
